With almost unlimited access to the gardens you can see the garden change through the seasons, from the beautiful red stems of the dogwoods, and the heavy scent of Witch hazel in the winter, through to the fresh new spring bulbs, and then on to the rich colours of late spring and David Austin Roses in summer, watch the foliage colours slowly diminish delicately into the autumnal hues.
There’s always so much happening with the plants seasonally, and we are always designing new features to build and gardens to plant, like our fragrant new Garden of Thyme.
There is always something new at Whitlenge to come back and watch being ‘created’.
